Natale still leads but DC gains in the QB competition

After the first scrimmage on Tuesday, Dom Natale still leads as the favorite to get the starting job. However, DC Jefferson who had been pegged as having a long way to go in his development had a strong enough performance to have some questioning if he can jump Jabu Lovalace as the #2 QB.

Ryan D’Imperio, Devin McCourty and Ryan Blaszczyk named Captains for 2009

On Tuesday, Greg Schiano named Ryan D’Imperio, Devin McCourty and Ryan Blaszczyk as captains for the 2009 season. All three had been amoung the lis of potential choices coming out of the spring.
